The development site sits to the west of State Route 229 between Garr Avenue to the north and Grandview Avenue to the south. The property is zoned R-1, R-2, and C-3 which allows for mixed residential and commercial uses. This project is under contract to K-Hovnanian and is due to close in the first quarter of 2026.
