The Cedar Key project encompasses half of the downtown of this beautiful fishing town on Florida's West Coast. It includes five buildings originally constructed between 1872 and 1911, on the north side of Second Street — the island's main street — between Avenue B and Avenue C, as part of a 2.6-acre infill in this historic Florida port. All of the buildings are zoned commercial and sit within a designated historic district.
