The Preserve at Chestnut Flats spans over 900 acres of protected wilderness, master-planned to embrace its natural surroundings. Private mountaintop homesites of two to five acres offer panoramic views, while trails wind through the property for wildlife viewing and direct access to Great Smoky Mountains National Park.
