Ashglow Village is a 27 acre development located in the northern end of the town of Culpeper, Virginia. The development site sits to the west of State Route 229 between Garr Avenue to the north and Grandview Avenue to the south. The property is zoned R-1, R-2, and C-3 which allows for mixed residential and commercial uses. The land use plan has been approved and is in final review, with an estimated final plan to be delivered in the Spring of 2008. The final plan includes 78 single-family lots and 58 townhouse lots with garages.
